We work with multiple shipping agents to get your products delivered to you as quickly and cost effectively as we can.
Delivery times can vary, but generally if your order is shipping from the:
- NZ warehouse, delivery time is between 2-7 business days within NZ, and 7-10 days to Australia.
- India warehouse, delivery times are between 10-20 business days to NZ or Australia.
If you need your order in a hurry, please discuss options with us first.
Occasionally, for orders shipping from India, NZ/ AUS Customs will conduct a deeper inspection of an order which can delay delivery of a shipment. This is not a common occurrence and our customer care team will be in contact with NZ / AUS Customs and the shipping agent if this were to occur. Rest assured that we'll keep you up to date with any delays and ongoing resolution.
We’ll honour returns and exchanges under our Consumer Guarantee Act obligations. If you need to return a stock order to our NZ warehouse, please contact us first on firstname.lastname@example.org with your reason for return and we'll send you instructions. Please include your order number where possible.
Due to the custom nature of these products, We are not able to refund customized products except where quality is beyond published tolerance levels.

Please complete an inspection of your order within 7 days of receipt and if there is a quality issue, please notify us at email@example.com (please include your order number, details and photographs of the issue.) We will work with you to find a resolution to the issue.
